NEW VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS FOR DAY CARE BEGIN SEPTEMBER 2010
Per the CT Department of Public Health (DPH) "Hepatitis A and influenza vaccines have been added to the list of required immunizations for children enrolled in child day care centers, group day care homes, and family day care homes and that the booster dose of Haemophilus influenzae type b (Hib) vaccine is once again required." All of your child's immunizations must be up to date before attending TLC this fall. Please review the
DPH Flu and Hep A Vaccination Requirements for Day Care 2010 packet on the forms page. At the end of the packet is a Q & A sheet that will answer most of your questions.
MONTHLY STATEMENTS AND NEWSLETTERS HAVE GONE PAPERLESS!
TLC is sending out all newsletters (E-News), announcements, invoices, and important information by email. Monthly invoices are being emailed to everyone and will no longer be sent by regular mail.The first email invoice will be sent out on September 1st. If you do not receive your invoice by September 2nd, please contact TLC immediately so we can help you.
Please use a personal email to avoid issues that frequently arise when using a work email. Many employers block email services which might prevent you from recievieng info from TLC. If you received September's
E-News (sent September 27th) then you are all set. To subscribe or unsubscribe with a particular email, please click the sign up link at the bottom of this page or use the link in the E-News you received.

SIGN-UP DAYS
Thursday, September 9, 2010, is the first sign-up day at TLC. Completed forms needed to be received by August 13, 2010.
The next sign-up day is for Columbus Day on October 11th. Sign-up sheets will be available at your child's center September 13th-28th.
