TLC Booth Hill is located in Booth Hill School, 545 Booth Hill Road, Trumbull.

Merritt Parkway - Exit 49 Northbound to Route 25 Northbound. Take Exit for Merritt Pkwy./White Plains Rd.; bear right off exit to White Plains Rd. ; go right onto White Plains Rd. at end of exit ramp; travel to Unity Rd. and go left onto Unity; travel to stop sign then go left onto Booth Hill Rd. The school is on the left as you proceed north on Booth Hill Road . Enter the parking lot and drive around to the left of the building, go all the way to the back of building. Park on the left side of the building. Enter the building through the double doors across from the ball field. The TLC room is the first left door as you enter the building. Do not go through the second set of double doors.

TLC Daniels Farm is located in Daniels Farm School, 710 Daniels Farm Road, Trumbull.

Merritt Parkway - Exit 48 Northbound, left off exit ramp, (Southbound, right off exit ramp) onto Rt. 111, Main Street (North). Travel approx. 2 miles, then turn right onto Church Hill Road (East). Continue on Church Hill Road , approx. 2 miles, then turn left onto Daniels Farm Road (North). Travel approx. 2 miles on Daniels Farm Road .

Route 25 - Travel North on Rt. 25, take Daniels Farm Road exit. At end of ramp, turn right onto Daniels Farm Road . Travel approx. 1 mile. The school is on the right. Turn into the first parking lot entrance, which is a circular driveway. Enter the building through the far right door in the front of the school, into the TLC room.

TLC-Frenchtown is located in Frenchtown School, 30 Frenchtown Road, Trumbull.

Merritt Parkway - Exit 48 Northbound, left off exit ramp, (Southbound, right off exit ramp) onto Rt. 111, Main Street . Travel approx ¼ mile, turn right onto Edison Rd.

The Trumbull Police Department will be on the right. Bear right after passing the Police Station, onto Williams Rd. At stop sign, turn right onto Frenchtown Rd. (Drive over the Merritt Pkwy ). Entrance to school grounds is on left. The TLC room is in the back of the school; stay to the left while you are driving through the parking lot. Go past the fenced-in playground (on right). Enter the school through double doors in back. The TLC room is the first room on the right.

TLC Jane Ryan is located in Jane Ryan School, 210 Park Lane, Trumbull.

Merritt Parkway - Exit 48 Northbound, left off exit ramp, (Southbound, right off exit ramp) onto Rt. 111, Main Street . Travel approx. 1 mile, turn left onto Park Lane . The school is on the right side as you travel West on Park Lane . Turn right onto school grounds. At STOP sign, bear right, to go down and around to the back of the school. Enter the building through the doors on the lower level opposite the circular drive. TLC is the first door on the right.

TLC Middlebrook is located in Middlebrook School, 220 Middlebrooks Ave., Trumbull.

Merritt Parkway - Exit 48 Northbound, left off exit ramp, (Southbound, right off exit ramp) onto Rt. 111, Main Street . Travel approx. 1 mile, turn right onto Middlebrooks Avenue . Stay on Middlebrook Avenue as it curves to the left. The school will be on the right, after the road curve. Turn right into the circular driveway entrance (which is the first driveway). Enter into the TLC center, by using the double doors in front of circular driveway that face Middlebrooks Avenue . Inside, the TLC room is the first door on the right. If the outside doors are locked, go to the right corner of the building, and enter through the door on the outside of the building into the TLC room.

TLC Tashua is located in Tashua School, 410 Stonehouse Rd., Trumbull.

Merritt Parkway - Exit 48 Northbound, left off exit ramp, (Southbound, right off exit ramp) onto Rt. 111, Main Street . Travel North approx. 3 miles, turn left (West) onto Stonehouse Road . The school is on the left, on the corner of Stonehouse Road and Dayton Road . Drive past the school, and turn left onto Dayton Rd. Turn left into the circular driveway. The entrance to TLC faces the circular drive. Enter the school via double doors, then turn left, or enter TLC room from outer single door that is to the left of the school double doors.

TLC Fun Zone is located behind Daniels Farm School, 720 Daniels Farm Road, Trumbull.

Merritt Parkway - Exit 48 Northbound, left off exit ramp, (Southbound, right off exit ramp) onto Rt. 111, Main Street (North). Travel approx. 2 miles, then turn right onto Church Hill Road (East). Continue on Church Hill Road , approx. 2 miles, turn left onto Daniels Farm Road (North). Travel approx. 2 miles on Daniels Farm Road .

Route 25 - Travel North on Rt. 25, take Daniels Farm Road exit. At end of ramp, turn right onto Daniels Farm Road . Travel approx. 1 mile. The school is on the right. Turn into the second parking lot driveway entrance and follow traffic signs to behind the school. The Fun Zone is the free standing building beyond the back parking lot. Enter the building through the far right door, at top of the handicap ramp.

The After School Program at Hillcrest Middle School is located at 530 Daniels Farm Road, Trumbull.

Merritt Parkway - Exit 48 Northbound, left off exit ramp, (Southbound, right off exit ramp) onto Rt. 111, Main Street (North). Travel approx. 2 miles, then turn right onto Church Hill Road (East). Continue on Church Hill Road , approx. 2 miles, then turn left onto Daniels Farm Road (North). Travel approx. 1 mile on Daniels Farm Road .

Route 25 - Travel North on Rt. 25, take Daniels Farm Road exit. At end of ramp, turn right onto Daniels Farm Road . Travel approx. 1/2 mile. The school is on the right side as you are going North on Daniels Farm Road . Enter the building through the main entrance of the school. The ASP center is in the cafeteria.

The After School Program at Madison Middle School is located at 4630 Madison Ave., Trumbull.

Merritt Parkway - Exit 48 Northbound, left off exit ramp, (Southbound, right off exit ramp) onto Rt. 111, Main Street (North). Travel approx. 2 miles, turn left onto Lake Avenue (West). Continue on Lake Avenue to its end and turn left onto Madison Avenue (South). Travel approx. 1 mile. The school is on the left on Madison Ave. Enter the building through the main entrance of the school. The ASP center is in the cafeteria.

TLC Pre-School
TLC Pre-School is located behind Daniels Farm School, 720 Daniels Farm Road, Trumbull.

Merritt Parkway - Exit 48 Northbound, left off exit ramp, (Southbound, right off exit ramp) onto Rt. 111, Main Street (North). Travel approx. 2 miles, then turn right onto Church Hill Road (East). Continue on Church Hill Road , approx. 2 miles, turn left onto Daniels Farm Road (North). Travel approx. 2 miles on Daniels Farm Road .

I-95 North or South - take the 27A exit onto Rt. 25 & Rt. 8 connector. When Rt. 25 & Rt. 8 split, stay to the left and continue on Rt. 25. At Rt. 25 (Main Street-Monroe) & Rt. 111 (Main Street-Trumbull) intersection, turn right onto Rt. 111 (Northeast).

Merritt Parkway - Exit 48 Northbound, left off exit ramp, (Southbound, right off exit ramp) onto Rt. 111, Main Street (North). Continue on Rt.111 through intersection with Rt. 25. Approx. 5 miles. Go through two stoplights. At third stop light, turn right onto Corporate Drive . Our office is the first building on the right.
